Fiestaforks is a cultural atlas of food — not a restaurant guide, not a recipe site. It exists to explain why a dish matters: where it came from, who keeps it, and how it travels with the people who carry it.

How it is written

Every entry is written in one voice: a knowledgeable friend briefing you the night before you travel. We describe food cultures from general, widely available sources. We do not claim certainty we don’t have, and where origins are contested we say so plainly.

What it is not

We make no health, dietary, or safety claims, and we do not recommend specific restaurants. Customs and availability change; confirm anything time-sensitive locally.
